1. Who provides the Service

PrivBoard is provided by Jason Pieter Kusumajaya, an individual sole trader, of Jl Taman Ubud Asri I No. 15, Tangerang, Banten 15810, Indonesia.

Indonesian business registration (NIB) and electronic system operator (PSE) registration numbers will be shown here once they are issued.

The website and our email are hosted by Dewaweb in Indonesia.

4. Intellectual property

The PrivBoard name, logo, software and design belong to Jason Pieter Kusumajaya. Third-party software included in the app is under its own licence. The bundled dictionaries are built from Wiktionary (CC BY-SA 4.0) and from word frequency lists (CC BY-SA 4.0); the full notices are in the file NOTICE.md of the project. You may link to the website, but you may not copy its content without permission.

5. Governing law

These documents are governed by the law of Indonesia, and disputes go to the courts of Indonesia, subject to the mandatory consumer rights described in the Terms of Service.
